Our key principles in mold making are manufacturing without making any concession from quality, on-time delivery and competitive pricing. Pricing is accomplished in the direction of technical information delivered by our customers and according to the required mold specifications, and offers are prepared and submitted to our customers. After having approval for offer, manufacturing of mold is planned. Mold is designed three-dimensionally employing 3D CAD design software Solidworks by our design department. Production of mold begins after completing design and manufacturing plan of the mold and having further proposals of the customer. After fulfilling final inspections of the mold, test pressings of the mold is carried out and sample approval forms are filled in and is submitted to the customer for final approval.

There are plants with clamping powers ranging from 50 tons to 250 tons in our plastic injection department.

Production is accomplished in our injection molding department taking such concerns as quality standards for production, delivery on time and competitive price policy into account by means of molds delivered or ordered to us for manufacture by our customers.

Molds delivered to injection molding department can be repaired and maintained establishing close collaboration with mold machine shop.
